Part-time | $19-$22/hour plus mileage reimbursement
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Food Purchaser to source high-quality meat, produce, spices, and other ingredients from local vendors and distributors multiple times a week, then safely transport and properly store them at the restaurant. A keen eye for freshness, quality, and what makes an ingredient truly restaurant-worthy is essential.
Part-time | Pay based on experience starting at $20/hour
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Line Chef who can confidently manage the kitchen independently during dinner service, from prep and station management to executing dishes consistently and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This role may serve as sous chef during service, so strong kitchen experience, leadership, and the ability to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure are essential.
