We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Kitchen Lead who can confidently manage the kitchen independently during dinner service, from prep and station management to executing dishes consistently and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This role may serve as sous chef during service, so strong kitchen experience, leadership, and the ability to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure are essential.
