Hand Carved Marble
Who painted this oil on canvas on?
Recently I saw an exquisite painting, but neither the owner nor have any idea who painted it. * Is the head of a man and a woman. The woman is looking into the eyes of the man and he looked into her eyes while the fingers of his hand caresses her cheek * Figures are not made, like life – rather than a man nearly resembles the head of David Michangelo head * The figures are painted, as it were carved in marble * The owner seems to think it's Romeo and Juliet, but not sure is oil on canvas * * About 3 feet long and 2 meters tall * It is done in brown tones * The painting has a very "rough" texture to it – not right – almost like tiny blood / paint chips on a large canvas glued Any idea whodunit and how name?
