Wooden Butter Mold
How I can remove molded butter mold butter timber?
Is there some kind of preparation I'm missing? I can Heavy Cream to butter and press the butter in a result bundle wooden mold 2 parts apple butter (with a chicken). Then paste the mold in the freezer for hours. Then at dinner I brought out the wooden mold and try to open and I always separate the two halves butter stuck to the two halves of the wooden mold.
Line the mold of wood with a plastic wrap then when ready to unmold just pull on the plastic and stir. That's what I would do.
