Pulls Crystal Knob
Our living room is painted in a rich ivory above the chair rail, and a burgundy red below the chair rail,?
the seat and the roof are white. We have very dark green vintage / romance mahogany armchairs looking ornament. The paneled doors are antique doors with loads of character (locks locked, glass door knobs and so on). we have hardwood floors. What now? work of art? What? Accessories, what types, colors? There is also a flat screen on a cedar chest until it crashes. Any ideas would be helpful. How do you pull this room together and make it work. We plan make roman shades for window treatments.
I choose simple subject and try to incorporate in his voice, carpets, vases, cushions, whatever. The selection just a theme you like, violins, old maps of the world, i would keep it simple because their colors are already so rich, try to bring in some cooler colors to compensate the audacity of it, and remember more space will always look better than most garbage. lol. Keep it elegant and refined, but still bring some objects and all you like art that makes you feel good about the space. In fact, I think it would import some ivory spear romantic delicate looking and cushions, and choose a work with some earthy colors such as reds and deep browns. This will make all your nice wooden things in the room, and burgundy on the underside of the wall. Bring in some maybe some art with outdoor themes, and you have years. green and brown tied in. This should bring it all together very well.
