Silver Spoon Earrings

I've been doing a cleanup in the house and found some odd and end pieces of the holders and silver spoons. I Tarn-X and were brilliant again, but there's only like 6 pieces in all – no play. I see no need to maintain them and was thinking of seeing if someone could melt down and make some jewelry out of them – maybe a ring or a pair of earrings. How easily is this done? Is it expensive? And it could get a ring and a small pair of earrings of the 6 pieces?
