Arm Brass Chandelier
Need ideas for a screen of trees in a large room with 24ft ceilings than using a tall tree.?
My formal living room is 35 feet 20 feet in the form of a semicircle. All the walls are covered with floor to ceiling windows, except the side that opens striaght into a room and balcony. The walls are wood decks, so you do not want to use a large quantity of nails. The ceilings are high so is access is limited. There is a large fireplace and a grand piano in the room. In the center of the ceiling is a chandelier of 6 by 6 feet of bronze with multiple arms. I have a 10-foot tree. I want a single screen with traditional colors. I'm trapped in the tree idea, if there is something different. thanks.
You can hang garlands on the walls without nails. 3M makes hooks are removable and leaves no residue, and yet they are strong enough to hang garlands and ornaments from them. I have a room two floors of living and raising my 9-foot tree on a table covered with beautiful cloth curtains. I hang my wreaths on the balcony ledge and continue them at that point in the rest of the room in garlands. I use the garlands weaving through gold ribbon and use of gold ornaments and red matte, located in the garlands. One idea for your piano is a Poinsetta tree. Simply cover the piano with a piece of cloth, get three inexpensive wooden rounds in 3 sizes at The Home Depot and separate them with books. Throw another cloth on wood and Poinsett place in each round to form a tree. Also Use 3M adhesive hooks on the windows to place wreaths on the right on the glass. I also use the same hooks SWAG wreaths outside the fireplace mantle careful not to interfere with having a fire and keep the scallops from the heat away.
